Fredericka Fairchild MA, Psychotherapist, with a life long training in the Sufi tradition, has degrees in: Religion and Philosophy, BA and Clinical Psychology, MA (70 credit Masters), Graduate Faculty at The New School for Social Research. These disciplines have been a unique preparation for her post graduate studies in western mysticism with the late Reverend Phyllis Woodbury (including Rudolf Steiner’s pastoral medicine, Edgar Cayce readings, H.P. Blavatsky and Alice Baily), along with many Tibetan Buddhist Lamas including: HH the Dalai Lama, Yeshi Dhonden, (Head of Tibetan Medical College) and HH Namkhai Norbu.

Fredericka integrates the wisdom of many healing traditions to offer timeless and universal methods for self-realization, well being and overall health. Her lifetime’s devotion to the study and practice of Healing Arts includes: Transformation Counseling, Corporate Coaching, Hospitality Seminars, Life Path Readings, Meditation Instruction and a Natural Remedy product line, (Daily Elixirs made from gemstone – aromatic infused waters).

Workshops: If your Spa welcomes clinics or workshops, I am available to arrange an in person presentation. With years of national conference and teaching experience, I very much enjoy direct contact with people and groups. Even in my local community, I have taught meditation practices in adult education classes to senior citizens.

A popular workshop “Mental Yoga”: offers instruction for a daily, 15 minute stillness, meditation practice, accompanied by a teaching on the 5 elements of conscious health, correct posture and breathing; including Yogic Song and Mantra Recitation (in the Tibetan Medical Tradition).

Hospitality Seminars: The Buddhist principles of service and correct conduct offer a wide range of listening and service techniques that will assist your staff in serving guests for a rare experience of mind, body and spirit treatment.
